Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter (Real Estate)

Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to support our growing real estate acquisitions team. This role is responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospective sellers. The ideal candidate has excellent spoken English, is comfortable speaking with homeowners, and is highly organized when managing follow-up activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building rapport, handling objections professionally, and helping drive business growth.


Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • US business hours (to be confirmed)
  • 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners and prospective sellers.
  • Qualify leads using provided scripts and qualification criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups through phone, email, and text.
  • Update CRM with accurate notes after every interaction.
  • Manage lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
  • Build rapport with prospects while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
  • Perform other sales support and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Previous real estate experience is highly preferred (wholesaling, acquisitions, investor, or realtor support).
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
  • Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Podio, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with US real estate investors.
  • Experience with acquisitions or distressed property leads.
  • SMS and email follow-up experience.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes.
