Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Insurance Claims Analyst to join their growing team. This is a production-focused position for someone who enjoys analyzing information, solving problems, and building well-supported insurance claims. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple files simultaneously, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours following Eastern Time Zone between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM 

Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and analyze client documentation, including repair estimates, invoices, maintenance records, financial records, and insurance correspondence.
• Calculate commercial truck downtime losses and diminished value claims using firm-established methodologies.
• Verify documentation, identify missing information, and communicate via email with clients to obtain the records needed to fully support each claim.
• Prepare detailed, professional demand packages for submission to insurance companies.
• Maintain organized electronic case files and document all case activity accurately.
• Communicate via email with clients, insurance adjusters, repair facilities, dealerships, and internal team members to move cases forward efficiently.
• Track deadlines and ensure cases progress from initial document collection through demand submission.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, answer questions, and keep cases moving toward resolution.

Requirements:

• Strong accounting, financial analysis, or insurance claims background with experience reviewing financial documentation, performing financial analyses, and supporting insurance claims.
• Experience in insurance claims, legal support, case management, accounting, finance, banking, commercial transportation, or another detail-intensive administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial calculations, document review, or complex administrative files.
• Comfortable reviewing large volumes of documentation and producing accurate written work.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, missing documentation, or calculation errors.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret financial and repair-related documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple active files while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to learn proprietary software, follow established processes, and adapt to process improvements.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with property damage, commercial trucking, insurance claims, or legal case preparation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
