A rapidly growing non-emergency medical transportation company serving clients across the Palm Springs area. The company has quickly expanded its fleet and operations and is looking for another dispatcher to support its continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Schedule and coordinate transportation requests using dispatch software
• Communicate with drivers regarding trip assignments and schedule updates
• Monitor vehicle availability and adjust schedules as needed
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide timely updates to customers
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and trip information
• Deliver excellent customer service while handling multiple requests efficiently

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable learning and using dispatch software
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet dispatch is a plus
