Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital presence end-to-end. This is a hybrid role that blends growth marketing with technical execution. The ideal candidate will not only drive our paid and organic social media strategies but also have the technical chops to build, maintain, and optimize our website and user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Ads Management

  • Paid Media (Ads): Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Develop content calendars, create engaging posts, and manage day-to-day interactions across our social media channels to grow our audience and brand awareness.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize ad spend for the best Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Web Development & UI/UX

  • Web Development: Build, update, and maintain our website and landing pages. Ensure the site is fast, responsive, and technically sound.
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Continuously optimize the user journey to improve website conversion rates (CRO) and overall user experience.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement tests on landing pages and ad creatives to maximize performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: [Insert minimum years, e.g., 3+] years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in web development and design.
  • Marketing Tools: Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow ).
  • Design Tools: Strong proficiency in UI/UX design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves)

  • Proven track record of managing profitable Paid Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience in Social Media Management and organic audience growth.
  • Strong Web Development capabilities (ability to build and troubleshoot web pages independently).
  • Portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX principles and past design projects.

Good-to-Haves

  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Copywriting skills for ads, social posts, and landing pages.
  • Experience with Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Graphic design or video editing capabilities.
