Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Work Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday to Friday, flexible during client business hours (EST).

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound cold calling to potential property sellers
• Utilize PropStream to filter and identify potential wholesale opportunities
• Navigate dialer systems like Call Tools for efficient outreach
• Set qualified appointments for internal closers or account executives
• Research and update property data from Zillow and public records
• Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and timeline

Requirements:

• Previous outbound cold calling experience in a sales environment
• Familiarity with real estate wholesaling concepts and terminology
• Proficiency with real estate tools like PropStream and Call Tools
• Exceptional English communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily call targets
• Reliable home office setup for consistent performance

Scope:

• Daily outreach to property lists provided or researched
• Initial qualification of homeowner interest and situation
• Calendar management for booking closing appointments
• Data entry and CRM updates for lead tracking
• Regular reporting on call volume and lead conversion rates
• Collaborative feedback loop with the closing team
