ROLE: Bilingual Spanish B2B Sales Executive

Schedule- Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 12:pm Arizona time.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to behavioral health and caregiver facilities.
• Pitch agency services to managers and owners using a provided lead list.
• Schedule appointments and consultations with prospective healthcare partners.
• Review and manage business contracts to ensure full execution.
• Maintain a clean and accurate database of contacts and leads.
• Provide weekly progress reports and updates on outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with management on refining the elevator pitch and templates.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (Bilingual).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Ability to be highly responsive to emails and internal messages.
• Strong organizational skills for managing contract workflows.
• Comfortable working in the client's specific time zone.
• Proactive attitude towards client acquisition and sales growth.

Scope:

• Starts as a Part-Time role (20 hours per week).
• 90% focus on sales initially, transitioning to account management.
• Monday to Friday schedule with flexible start times.
• Utilize client-provided tools such as Monday.com or similar CRMs.
• Direct reporting to agency management for daily tasks.
• Performance tracked via BruntWork's time-logging tools.
