Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven professional to help grow their nonprofit through individual, community, and corporate partnerships, volunteer engagement, donor development, and outreach.
This is not a traditional social media position. Social media is one of the tools used to build relationships, but the primary purpose of this role is to create and nurture relationships that result in volunteers, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, charitable donations, and long-term engagement. The successful candidate will become an extension of our client's CEO's work, helping manage the organization's relationship pipeline: Discover → Connect → Engage → Volunteer → Give → Retain → Advocate.
