Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Order Processing & Customer Service Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will take the lead on managing customer interactions and purchase orders to ensure every journey is seamless. You will play a vital role in overseeing the order fulfillment process, making sure every detail is handled with precision and care. Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST with 30 mins unpaid break (40 hrs per week)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers over the phone to assist with inquiries and order-related concerns.
• Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Send purchase orders to suppliers and vendors.
• Manage and resolve order-related issues to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Requirements:

• Experience in flooring or retail is a plus but not required.
• Better if the candidate had freight claims and freight billing discrepancy experience
• Ability to handle order processing and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in managing purchase orders and resolving order concerns.
• Extra/second monitor ready. Having an external monitor is preferred.
