Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Property Coordinator (Airbnb & PMS)  to manage guest communications and platform logistics. This role is essential for maintaining excellence in guest satisfaction and operational consistency during peak booking hours.

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday, 6 PM – midnight Melbourne Time (AEST)

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to guest communications across Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO during peak evening hours.
• Create and maintain property listings within the PMS for multi-channel syndication
• Monitor property positioning and pricing competitiveness across all booking platforms.
• Coordinate seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle booking inquiries, modifications, and issue resolution in real-time.
• Maintain organized records of guest interactions and booking activity.
• Support the transition of platform-specific workflows into a centralized PMS hub.

Requirements

• Proven experience in short-term rental or Airbnb property management.
• Familiarity with multi-platform listing distribution and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong written communication skills for professional guest interaction.
• High attention to detail for managing multi-channel pricing and listings.
• Ability to work independently during Melbourne evening shifts.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high guest volume.
• Bonus if you have experience managing luxury rental properties.
• It helps if you are familiar with the Australian hospitality market.
