YOUR ROLE: AutoCAD drafter

Schedule- Monday-Friday, Flexible anytime, 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Draft detailed architectural drawings for custom millwork and metal projects.
• Translate manufacturing item lists into technical drawing sets.
• Utilize company-specific templates to ensure high uniformity in design.
• Develop construction methodologies and thoughts for custom woodwork designs.
• Execute alterations and revisions based on management review and feedback.

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and technical detailing.
• Experience with 3D modeling using Autodesk Inventor is a key requirement.
• Background in millwork or metalwork is highly preferred for project accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones for 24/7 coverage.
• Strong self-management skills to follow existing manufacturing templates.

Scope:

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Direct reporting and daily clock-ins to your internal management team.
• Talent sourced from major pools in the Philippines, South America, and South Africa.
• Month-to-month service structure with no restrictive long-term contracts.
• Scalable model allowing for additional staff as busy periods increase.
