Job Overview

Our client is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Support (Shopify) to deliver exceptional customer service, manage order fulfillment workflows, and maintain Shopify product pricing. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, process customer orders by sourcing products from distributors at competitive rates, and coordinate shipping logistics to ensure a seamless experience for domestic and international shoppers.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible during client business hours, MT (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, vehicle fitment, and order status using pre-built response templates.
• Answer inbound phone calls and provide professional, timely support to customers.
• Process customer orders by sourcing products from multiple distributors at the most competitive pricing.
• Update product pricing on the Shopify store using data managed in Excel.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure accurate order placement and fulfillment.
• Manage domestic and international shipping logistics, including advising international customers on available options.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service with phone (voice) support.
• Familiarity with Shopify back-end management, including product listings and pricing updates.
• Proficiency in Excel for data entry and price management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to compare pricing across multiple sources.
