You will own the entire outreach pipeline—from identifying schools and decision-makers to nurturing relationships, arranging meetings, creating marketing campaigns, and ensuring schools ultimately book excursions. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely believes in education, understands relationship-based selling, enjoys speaking with educators, and thrives in building something meaningful from the ground up.

  • Execute proactive outbound outreach via telephone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn to secure meetings and maintain long-term relationships for recurring bookings.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting through booking, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking conversion metrics, and preparing weekly reports.
  • Develop and execute overall marketing, engagement, and lead-nurturing strategies, including seasonal campaigns, school newsletters, and referral initiatives.
  • Drive social media growth and digital presence by creating educational content, publishing excursion updates, and showcasing school success stories.
  • Foster community engagement across schools, educational networks, and parent communities to increase brand visibility.
  • Perform market research on competitor programs, education trends, government grants, and wellbeing initiatives to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Create and manage outreach communications, promotional materials, case studies, and presentation materials.

  • Outstanding written English communication skills and strong telephone communication skills with a confident approach to outbound calling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM management, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to independently develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.

Compensation Structure

  • Performance-driven role with potential incentive/commission structure based on successful school bookings.
