Overview
We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy AI Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support both marketing initiatives and daily administrative operations for a growing healthcare practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—using AI tools to create marketing content while also assisting with patient communications, authorizations, and general office administration. You'll play an important role in helping the practice grow while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing content using AI tools for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist with planning and executing digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Handle backend insurance authorizations and administrative documentation.
- Answer and return phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Assist with other operational and marketing projects assigned by management.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for business or marketing.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable handling both marketing and administrative responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a healthcare or medical practice.
- Knowledge of insurance authorizations or medical administration.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with social media advertising or email marketing platforms.
