Your Role: Bilingual French Sales Executive
Schedule- Monday-Friday 10AM - 2PM CST
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound leads across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn on a daily basis
- Qualify prospects through calls, emails, and text outreach, ensuring alignment with the business's executive coaching services
- Test and refine outreach scripts to identify messaging that resonates with diverse professional backgrounds
- Schedule qualified appointments for the business owner to advance prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline updates within GoHighLevel CRM
- Engage with prospects in both French and English, adapting tone and communication style to reflect the brand's refined positioning
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (standard/European French preferred) and English
- Proven sales or appointment-setting experience, particularly with high-level or executive clientele
- Experience communicating with C-level executives, lawyers, and senior professionals in a polished, culturally aware manner
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a refined, professional tone
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of daily prospect interactions
Scope:
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) with potential transition to part-time once workflows are established
- Operating during CST business hours, Monday to Friday
- Managing 100+ existing leads with new leads generated daily through Meta ads and social media
- Outreach across Instagram DMs, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, phone, email, and text
- Commission structure to be layered on top of base compensation based on KPIs
