Sales Development Representative | Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy Outbound Real Estate Sales Specialist to spearhead our lead generation in Indiana and Ohio. In this flexible, part-time role, you will cold call motivated seller lists, qualify prospects using structured scripts, and log data in ReSimply CRM to generate 1–2 warm leads daily.

If you are a resilient cold caller with fluent English skills, a track record of handling high call volumes, and a drive for performance-based commissions, we want you on our team! 

Schedule: Flexible Schedule preferably Late Morning or Afternoon EST time.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold call lists of real estate property owners including tax delinquent, code violations, and probate lists.
  • Utilize scripts to probe sellers, identifying property issues and motivation to sell.
  • Gather critical property data and initial asking price numbers from responsive owners.
  • Manage lead flow and documentation within the CRM (ReSimply).
  • Set appointments and warm leads for the executive team to negotiate and close.
  • Maintain high call volumes targeting approximately 125 dials per 4-hour shift.

Requirements:

  • Strong outbound sales and cold calling experience with high rejection resilience.
  • Fluent and clear English communication skills
  • Experience in lead management and basic CRM navigation.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts while naturally building rapport with sellers.
  • Proven track record in appointment setting or telemarketing roles.
  • High English proficiency is a must
