Bilingual Appointment Setter
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective businesses to introduce packaging and manufacturing solutions
- Identify and qualify potential customers who require carton boxes, shipping boxes, paper tubes, and paper coils
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain and update prospect lists and outreach records to ensure consistent follow-up
- Build rapport with decision-makers and effectively communicate the company's value proposition
- Track outreach metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity
Requirements:
- Proven recent experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting in a B2B environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and charismatic phone presence
- Strong ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers professionally
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
- High level of attention to detail when managing prospect data and scheduling
- Reliable and consistent work ethic with a results-driven mindset
Scope:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, during Pacific business hours, 9am to 5pm
- Focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation for a packaging manufacturing company
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, representing the brand professionally
- Collaborate directly with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments
- Contribute to the company's growth by expanding the customer pipeline through consistent outreach
