Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with organizations across the United States.
In this role, you'll identify prospects, engage key decision-makers through outbound outreach, introduce our CPR certification solutions, schedule meetings, manage your sales pipeline, and help drive business growth.
This is not a customer service or call center role. It's ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, relationship building, and achieving sales goals.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday Must have availability during U.S. business hours; 25 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Prospect businesses and organizations throughout the United States.
- Identify and build relationships with HR Managers, Office Managers, Safety Coordinators, Directors of Nursing, Practice Managers, business owners, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce organizations to Citywide CPR's innovative certification solutions, including:
- RQI GoBag
- Our nationwide network of more than 80 CPR Verification Stations
- Conduct outbound phone calls, email outreach, and business development activities.
- Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up appointments.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotes.
- Maintain an organized CRM pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with organizations.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet established business development and sales activity goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B business development or consultative sales experience.
- Proven success selling products or services to businesses or organizations.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Healthcare experience is not required.
Success in This Role
Within your first 90 days, you'll:
- Build an active pipeline of qualified organizations.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Generate qualified business opportunities.
- Begin closing new corporate accounts.
