Overview

Join a growing US-based home services company during a critical expansion phase. You will be the vital first point of contact, turning warm, inbound interest into booked estimate appointments for a hands-on business owner.

Schedule

Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads from a provided list who have requested estimates
• Qualify leads and gather necessary information for appointment scheduling
• Schedule appointments with the business owner for estimate delivery
• Maintain accurate records of all contact attempts and outcomes in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads who don't answer on the first attempt
• Ensure all scheduled appointments are confirmed and properly documented
• Communicate appointment details clearly to both leads and the business owner
• Adapt your calling schedule around the business owner's availability and timezone

Requirements

• Proven sales experience calling into the US market
• Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales
• Excellent English communication skills with clear articulation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using CRM systems with integrated phone capabilities
• Strong follow-up skills and persistence in reaching contacts
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Bonus if you have experience in the home services industry (Nice-to-Have)
• It helps if you're familiar with handling warm inbound leads (Nice-to-Have)
