Overview:

Our client is looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (Content Creation | Brand Growth) to join their growing U.S.-based coaching and consulting business, where you will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and supporting the company's marketing initiatives through creative digital content. In this role, you will develop social media strategies, create visually compelling graphics and promotional materials, manage content calendars, and execute campaigns that strengthen the company's online presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, proactive marketer who enjoys taking ownership of social media growth and bringing fresh ideas to life.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible between 07:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST | Part-time role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive organic audience growth across key platforms
  • Create engaging visual and written content including flyers, promotional material, and social posts for upcoming company events and initiatives
  • Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent brand presence and timely campaign execution
  • Monitor social media performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach
  • Support the launch of new brand assets such as the company mascot through coordinated digital campaigns
  • Light website maintenance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management including content creation, scheduling, and strategy development
  • Knowledge with light website maintenance
  • Strong visual design sensibility with the ability to produce professional-quality graphics and promotional materials
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work/experience is required
