Job Description:

You will take ownership of the entire digital marketing ecosystem for a thriving medical practice in Sydney. This isn't just about posting on social media—you'll coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage Google Ads and SEO strategies, oversee website updates, and ensure every marketing initiative aligns with strict Australian healthcare compliance standards. You'll work directly with the practice owner, bringing strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive patient acquisition and engagement across all digital platforms

Client Overview:

Our client is an established medical practice operating across multiple locations in Sydney, Australia, including Manly, Northern Beaches, and the North Shore. The practice serves patients across several hospital networks and has built a strong reputation in the healthcare community. They are seeking to expand their digital presence and optimize their marketing efforts to continue growing their patient base.

Schedule:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with a 1-hour break)
  • Fridays, 7:00 to 11:00 am
  • Australian Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, Instagram, Meta Ads, and the practice website
  • Manage and optimize the practice's Google Business Profile to maximize local search visibility
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable patient leads and conversions
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with Australian AHPRA guidelines and healthcare advertising regulations
  • Manage patient data and marketing workflows within the Go High Level CRM platform
  • Provide weekly performance reports with key metrics, including organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and cost per lead
  • Update and maintain website content to reflect current services and practice information
  • Create compliant social media content that engages audiences while adhering to Australian healthcare marketing restrictions
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and patient acquisition
  • Collaborate directly with the practice owner to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in multi-channel campaign management
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads management and Google SEO optimization
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, particularly Instagram and Meta advertising platforms
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Go High Level or similar systems
  • Familiarity with Australian healthcare marketing compliance requirements and AHPRA guidelines
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies and execute them independently
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and organic traffic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct client reporting
  • Experience working remotely with clients in different time zones
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Bonus if you have previous experience marketing for medical practices or healthcare providers
