Job Overview:
Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter (Real Estate Financial Services Outreach) who will be the first point of contact for hundreds of past clients and real estate professionals, reactivating relationships and setting qualified appointments that drive business growth. Using established call scripts and voicemail drops, you'll work through curated lists in Mojo Dialer, reaching out to former mortgage clients who need reintroduction to expanded services, and connecting with realtors who can benefit from specialized capital gains tax solutions for high-value property listings. This role puts you at the center of a multi-channel outreach strategy where your appointment-setting skills directly impact revenue.
Client Overview:
Our client is an established mortgage and financial planning professional operating in Silicon Valley with 35 years of industry experience. They specialize in real estate financing, tax deferral strategies, and retirement planning, serving both past mortgage clients and real estate professionals throughout the Bay Area. The business has recently rebranded to expand service offerings beyond traditional mortgage products.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using Mojo Dialer to approximately 1,000 past mortgage clients to reintroduce updated business services and schedule callback appointments
- Contact approximately 1,000 real estate agents using provided scripts to introduce capital gains tax solutions for highly appreciated properties
- Deliver specialized messaging to commercial realtors about listing solutions for hesitant property owners
- Utilize pre-recorded voicemail drops when contacts don't answer and deliver live pitches when they do
- Log all call activity and outcomes in Less Annoying CRM to maintain accurate contact records
- Schedule follow-up appointments and callback times directly into the client's calendar
- Manage email outreach campaigns through MailChimp to support multi-touch communication strategy
- Post social media content including podcast clips to various platforms as provided
- Adapt messaging based on contact familiarity, whether cold outreach or warm reactivation
- Track daily call volume and weekly appointment metrics to meet performance goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of appointment setting or outbound calling experience
- Proven experience in real estate, mortgage, or financial services industries
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage daily call volume without supervision
- Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems to log activities and manage contact databases
- Comfortable delivering scripted messaging while adapting to live conversations
- Ability to handle both warm lead reactivation and cold calling to new prospects
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications:
- Bonus if you have experience with Mojo Dialer or similar auto-dialer platforms
- It helps if you're familiar with MailChimp or email marketing automation tools
- Bonus if you understand mortgage products, refinancing, or real estate investment concepts
