Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Russian Bilingual Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join their growing, U.S.-based home services support team. In this fast-paced position, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers—handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments across multiple channels, and coordinating directly with technicians and franchise locations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Hours Flexible between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM PST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer calls across multiple franchise locations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, Yelp, Thumbtack, Google Local Services, and other online platforms.
  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair appointments using HouseCall Pro or similar CRM software.
  • Coordinate with franchise owners and field technicians to ensure accurate scheduling and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, appointment details, and service updates within the CRM.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the company's commitment to quality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, dispatcher, or scheduling role.
  • Experience supporting a home services business is highly preferred, including industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, garage doors, roofing, restoration, pest control, locksmith, or similar field service businesses.
  • Strong customer service mindset with proven experience handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience using CRM or field service management platforms such as HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Service Fusion, or similar systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and willingness to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
