Sales Development Representative

Your Role: Sales Development Representative

Schedule- Monday through Friday from 9 am PST to 1 pm PST. Or 10 am PST to 2 pm PST

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and cold emails to prospective boutique partners across California to generate wholesale interest
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of independent boutiques that align with the brand's aesthetic and customer base
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all lead activity and statuses are accurately tracked
  • Schedule Zoom meetings and discovery calls between qualified prospects and the founder for deal closure
  • Coordinate the sending of product samples to interested boutique prospects
  • Upload and maintain contact lists in HubSpot and JustCall, ensuring seamless data flow between the CRM and dialer

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and appointment setting in a B2B sales environment
  • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and outbound dialing tools such as JustCall
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, clearly understood English accent
  • Genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle brands, and creative products
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High level of attention to detail when managing prospect data and pipeline reporting

Scope:

  • Initial focus on boutique markets within California, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Newport Beach, San Francisco, and Oakland
  • Re-engage an existing pipeline of prospects contacted within the past six to nine months
  • Develop deep familiarity with the Singletree Lane brand, including its product catalog, press coverage, fashion show history, pricing, and wholesale discount structure
  • Start part-time (20 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the wholesale channel grows
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting to the founder on lead status and outreach progress
