Your Role: Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into polished, platform-ready short-form content for TikTok and social media
- Schedule and publish multiple posts per day across social media platforms to maintain consistent audience engagement
- Conduct brand outreach and manage communications with potential partnership opportunities
- Organize and manage a content calendar aligned with the creator's vision and posting strategy
- Monitor content performance and suggest ideas to diversify content themes and grow the audience
- Maintain brand consistency and voice across all published content
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation support
- Strong video editing skills with a demonstrated portfolio of short-form social media content
- Excellent written communication skills for brand outreach and correspondence
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high-volume posting schedules
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle batch content workflows
Scope:
- Part-time role at 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Work with batch-filmed raw content provided weekly by the creator
- Develop and propose a 30/60/90-day content roadmap aligned with the creator's growth goals
- Support the expansion of content themes beyond the core educational niche into lifestyle and wellness
- Help increase brand deal revenue by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential partners
- Provide regular updates and performance insights to the creator
