Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Manager to support the growth of a new psychiatric practice through referral development and social media marketing. In this role, you will build relationships with healthcare professionals, manage the company's social media presence, and help generate new patient referrals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in outreach, content creation, and relationship management.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to therapists, physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to establish referral partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to support ongoing business development.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral sources, and lead generation efforts.
• Create engaging social media content to promote the company's services and increase brand awareness.
• Submit marketing content for review and approval prior to publication.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms on a consistent basis.
• Respond professionally to inquiries received through social media and other communication channels.
• Monitor referral activity and marketing performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the client to support marketing initiatives and business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, business development, or referral coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
• Comfortable conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and track outreach efforts.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the healthcare, behavioral health, or medical industry.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy best practices.
• Experience working with therapists, physicians, hospitals, or other healthcare professionals.
• Background in referral development, partnership management, or healthcare marketing.
