Job Overview
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for successful sales conversations. Working directly with provided lead lists, you will use a dialer to connect with prospects, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Your goal is to book 8-10 appointments per day, allowing the agents to focus entirely on running appointments and closing deals. This is a high-impact role where your efficiency directly contributes to the agency's growth and revenue.
Client Overview
Our client is a growing US-based life insurance agency specializing in veteran benefits and mortgage protection products. They are expanding their operations to support a high-performing sales team, and our client is looking for a skilled appointment setter to help their agents focus on closing deals rather than prospecting.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 03:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Dial through provided lead lists using a dialer system to reach potential clients
- Qualify prospects for veteran benefits and mortgage protection insurance products
- Set same-day appointments when possible to maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates
- Communicate daily appointment schedules to agents at the start of each day
- Adjust scheduling approach based on feedback from the sales team
Requirements
- Proven years of cold calling and appointment setting experience
- Proven experience selling into the US market
- Strong phone communication skills and ability to engage prospects quickly
- Experience using dialers and CRM systems
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent daily activity
- Self-motivated and able to work independently during morning hours
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Qualifications
- Bonus if you have experience in the insurance industry, particularly life insurance
- It helps if you have used High Level CRM or Wave dialer systems
- Bonus if you are familiar with veteran benefits or mortgage protection products
- It helps if you have worked with US-based life insurance agencies before
