Job Overview
We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who will own the day-to-day management and optimization of Meta ad campaigns for multiple clients, working directly with the founder to turn strategic direction into live, profitable campaigns. You'll have the autonomy to recommend improvements, build new campaigns from scratch, and make real-time adjustments based on performance data. Client Overview
Our client is a growing digital marketing business specializing in Meta advertising and lead generation services. They work with multiple clients across various industries, delivering results-driven campaigns that convert leads into booked appointments. The business is scaling rapidly with over 50 active leads in the pipeline and a growing roster of monthly retainer clients.
Schedule: Australian Eastern Standard Time, 40 hours per week, flexible during client business hours
Responsibilities
- Build and launch new Meta ad campaigns within four days based on strategic direction provided
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to optimize results
- Track key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements
- Manage Meta Ads Manager across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Collaborate with the founder to refine campaign strategies and test new approaches
- Veto or improve upon rough campaign builds when you identify better opportunities
- Ensure all campaigns are live quickly to gather data and iterate effectively
- Maintain organized reporting and documentation for all active campaigns
Requirements
- Two to five years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads
- Proven ability to build campaigns from scratch and launch them quickly
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization strategies
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust in real time
