We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who will own the day-to-day management and optimization of Meta ad campaigns for multiple clients, working directly with the founder to turn strategic direction into live, profitable campaigns. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence client retention and business growth. You'll have the autonomy to recommend improvements, build new campaigns from scratch, and make real-time adjustments based on performance data. Client Overview

Our client is a growing digital marketing business specializing in Meta advertising and lead generation services. They work with multiple clients across various industries, delivering results-driven campaigns that convert leads into booked appointments. The business is scaling rapidly with over 50 active leads in the pipeline and a growing roster of monthly retainer clients.

Schedule: Australian Eastern Standard Time, 40 hours per week, flexible during client business hours

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch new Meta ad campaigns within four days based on strategic direction provided
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to optimize results
  • Track key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements
  • Manage Meta Ads Manager across multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Collaborate with the founder to refine campaign strategies and test new approaches
  • Veto or improve upon rough campaign builds when you identify better opportunities
  • Ensure all campaigns are live quickly to gather data and iterate effectively
  • Maintain organized reporting and documentation for all active campaigns

Requirements

  • Two to five years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads
  • Proven ability to build campaigns from scratch and launch them quickly
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization strategies
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust in real time

Nice to have:

  • Bonus if you have experience with Google Ads
  • It helps if you've worked in an agency environment managing client retainers
