Job Overview
We're looking for a strategic partner and right hand to a growing real estate professional, taking ownership of both social media presence and transaction coordination. This is not a task-taker role—you will bring initiative, insight, and proactive solutions to streamline operations, enhance client communication, and grow brand visibility across real estate and personal development platforms. You will manage CRM workflows, create engaging visual content, coordinate transaction processes, and identify opportunities to implement AI and automation tools that drive efficiency.
Client Overview
Our client is a residential real estate professional serving the Maryland, DC, and Virginia markets with a specialty in senior transitions and sensitive real estate transactions. They are also expanding into coaching and publishing, seeking to build systems that support multiple business lines while maintaining personalized client service.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Central Time, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and create social media content using Canva for both real estate and personal brand platforms, including LinkedIn, with regular posting schedules and engagement strategies
- Administer Bold Trails CRM to ensure client touchpoint campaigns are executed consistently and compliance is maintained
- Coordinate transaction processes from contract to close, including document management in Skyslope and client communication support
- Develop and distribute monthly newsletters to maintain client engagement and showcase market authority
- Research and recommend AI tools and automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency across business operations
- Serve as a client-facing assistant who can be cc'd on emails and trusted to respond professionally and accurately
- Implement systems and processes that allow the business owner to focus on revenue-generating activities
- Explore integration opportunities between platforms like HubSpot and Bold Trails to centralize business operations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for real estate professionals or similar client-focused businesses
- Strong proficiency in Canva for creating branded visual content
- Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and willingness to learn Bold Trails quickly
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently
- Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT and eagerness to explore new technologies
Nice to have:
- Bonus if you have prior experience with Bold Trails CRM
- It helps if you are familiar with Skyslope or similar real estate transaction management platforms
- Bonus if you have worked in the residential real estate industry and understand transaction workflows
- It helps if you have experience with HubSpot or other multi-platform integration tools
