Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual assets across branding, websites, social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, and print materials. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. In this role, you will build cohesive brand identities, adapt your design style across different clients and industries, manage multiple projects, and collaborate directly with a Creative Director to deliver polished work from concept through final production.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, any 4 hours between 9 am and 6 pm EST; Part-time, 20 hours a week

Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials across digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Develop logos, brand identities, and brand guidelines.
  • Create website and landing page designs that align with brand strategy and user experience.
  • Produce engaging social media graphics and digital marketing assets.
  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, and visual presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine concepts and execute creative direction.
  • Apply client feedback and revisions accurately.
  • Ensure all work is consistent with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Organize and prepare design files for internal teams and final delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, social media, digital marketing, and print work.
  • Experience creating brand identities and maintaining visual consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
  • Experience designing responsive websites and landing pages.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to receive creative feedback and implement revisions effectively.
  • Experience with project management and collaborative tools such as ClickUp and Google Workspace.
  • Creative and detail-oriented designer with original concept development skills (not relying on templates).
  • Adaptable to working across different brands and industries while remaining organized, proactive, and meeting deadlines.
