Our client is a growing social media management company specializing in organic Instagram growth strategies. They manage social media accounts for customers worldwide, focusing on authentic engagement and real traffic generation rather than artificial follower tactics. The company operates internationally with team members across Austria, Indonesia, and expanding remote operations.
Job Description
You will serve as a trusted point of contact for new and existing customers during off-hours when the primary team is offline. This role requires someone who can independently handle customer onboarding, account setup, and basic support inquiries with minimal supervision. You'll be the bridge that keeps operations running smoothly across global time zones, ensuring customers receive timely responses and account connections regardless of when they sign up. This is a relationship-driven role where your reliability and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.
Schedule
- 4 hours per day, 6 days per week including weekends; (Austria/CET coverage preferred during 4 PM - 3 AM window)
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the account connection process
- Send templated email communications to clients during the onboarding workflow
- Manage login credentials securely for customer social media accounts
- Provide coverage during evening and weekend hours when the Austrian team is offline
- Process account setup requests from customers in different time zones, particularly from the United States
- Follow established processes and procedures for repetitive administrative tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries related to account status and cancellations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account changes
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven track record of reliability and accountability in previous remote roles
- Demonstrable trustworthiness, as you will handle sensitive customer login credentials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Willingness to work evening hours and weekends (6 days per week schedule)
- Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven administrative tasks
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Nice-to-Have Requirements
