Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a creative B2B Content Designer (Social Media & Print Collateral) to engine behind branded assets and digital content for a manufacturer redefining its market presence. This role combines hands-on graphic design with social media content creation, supporting everything from print-ready brochures and event materials to templated social posts and web page assets. You'll work directly with the marketing lead, bringing brand guidelines to life while enjoying creative authority to showcase your skills. This is a partnership role where your expertise shapes output, not just executes tasks.

Client Overview:

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer specializing in civil infrastructure products including covers, pits, and related solutions. They serve engineers, site managers, and infrastructure professionals across Australia with certified, specification-driven products. The marketing team is lean and growing, with ambitious plans for digital expansion and brand repositioning.

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Australian Eastern Timezone - Melbourne) (start and end time flexible depending on the location of the candidate)

Responsibilities:

  • Design branded print materials including brochures, flyers, catalogs, and banners for customer events and sponsorships
  • Create digital assets and social media content that align with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas
  • Develop social media post templates and image kits to maintain consistent visual identity across platforms
  • Produce print-ready files formatted to printer specifications
  • Support website redevelopment by creating customized web page assets as needed
  • Write engaging social media captions and basic copy for visual content
  • Collaborate with the marketing lead to develop content strategies and monthly social media schedules
  • Provide creative recommendations based on previous campaign experience and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management or graphic design
  • Proficiency in graphic design software for creating print-ready and digital assets
  • Demonstrated ability to work with brand guidelines while exercising creative judgment
  • Experience editing images and creating social media content across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of both visual design principles and content creation for social channels
  • Ability to work independently and deliver completed projects with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating remotely with Australian-based teams

Qualifications:

  • Bonus if you have experience creating technical or B2B content for engineering or infrastructure audiences
