Join a growing UK-based supplier of premium glass doors as a Outbound Lead Generation Specialist (Construction & Interiors). In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to builders and interior designers, identifying potential projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Schedule

  • Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch is fine 12-1 UK timezone

Responsibilities

  • Conduct approximately 70 outbound calls per day to builders, contractors, and interior designers across the UK.
  • Identify potential customers with active projects requiring glass doors.
  • Qualify prospects by gathering relevant project information and requirements.
  • Accurately enter qualified leads and project details into the company's CRM.
  • Follow established cold calling scripts and product training to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up opportunities.
  • Meet daily outreach and lead generation targets while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
  • Provide daily reports on call activity, lead generation, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the day.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when updating CRM records.
  • Patient, resilient, and self-motivated with the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new CRM and dialing systems.
  • Ability to work independently while consistently meeting performance targets.
