Job Overview
You will be the driving force behind daily content consistency across Instagram and LinkedIn, working hand-in-hand with a content creator to keep their social media presence active and organized. This role combines social media management with executive support, giving you ownership over posting schedules, content formatting, calendar management, and follow-through on key initiatives. You'll convert content between platforms, coordinate daily posts, and serve as an accountability partner to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Our client is a content creator based in San Francisco, leading a small, focused team that includes a video editor and manager. They manage personal brand pages across multiple social platforms and are committed to building consistent, engaging content that connects with their audience. This is an opportunity to work directly with a creator who values accountability and collaboration.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible hours during client business hours [PST] (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Post daily content on Instagram and LinkedIn according to the content calendar
- Convert Instagram posts into LinkedIn-ready formats and publish them
- Draft and publish LinkedIn posts based on provided images and creative direction
- Maintain and update the content calendar with upcoming posts and campaign ideas
- Remind the creator of key deadlines, posting schedules, and organizational tasks
- Coordinate with the video editor and manager to align on content delivery timelines
- Track weekly content goals and ensure consistency is maintained across both platforms
- Provide proactive support to keep social media operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts for personal brands or content creators.
- Strong ability to adapt and format content for different social media platforms.
- Experience providing executive assistant or personal assistant support, including calendar management and coordinating business operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: Experience working with content creators or social media influencers.
- Bonus: Familiarity with content scheduling tools or social media management platforms, and experience drafting social media captions or copy.
- Preferred: Flexibility to occasionally align working hours with the content creator's schedule.
