Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Real Estate Management Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to a two-person real estate partnership handling high-end residential properties in San Francisco. In this role, you will help reduce the administrative burden so the agents can focus on client relationships and closings, collaborating in real time using shared tools and communication platforms.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible, 4 hours per day | Pacific Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads by making follow-up phone calls and asking screening questions to determine client readiness
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads before they are passed to the agents
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects on behalf of the agents
- Manage and organize email inboxes, locating and filing important documents efficiently
- Post pre-created social media content across platforms, maintaining brand consistency and posting schedules
- Send outbound emails to leads and clients as directed by the team
- Provide general administrative support to streamline daily real estate operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role, preferably within real estate
- High level of attention to detail when managing documents and correspondence
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
