Lead Generation and Appointment Setter

Overview

Join a rapidly growing dual-industry team managing outbound lead generation, inbound inquiries, and appointment setting for an established U.S. real estate practice and beauty school. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional to engage prospects, re-activate a massive 2,000-contact database, and systematically turn leads into qualified appointments.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CST

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation daily.
  • Follow up with new leads through the CRM to qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
  • Re-engage a database of approximately 2,000 existing contacts through outbound calling and follow-up.
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective real estate clients and beauty school inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the appropriate business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead status updates in the CRM.
  • Confirm appointments and ensure prospects are prepared for their scheduled meetings.
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting and lead generation targets.
  • Build positive relationships with prospective clients through professional and friendly communication.

Requirements Must-Have

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Strong outbound calling and phone communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and phone dialer platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage leads across multiple business lines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience generating leads within the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with the education or beauty school industry.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (HighLevel CRM).
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or clients.
