Job Overview

A growing recruitment technology company is seeking a remote Appointment Setter to introduce its AI-powered screening and automation tools to international English-speaking markets. Operating on a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule, you will be the frontline voice contacting recruitment agencies and large businesses via cold calls and email campaigns. Your primary goal is to engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and secure appointments for product demonstrations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional looking to grow within a scaling technology company.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm EST (35 hours or more per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to recruitment agencies and businesses to introduce AI screening solutions
• Qualify leads and set appointments for product demonstrations
• Execute email campaigns using pre-built content and templates to engage prospects
• Target recruitment agencies using specific ATS platforms like Jobadder and other integrated systems
• Manage outreach activities and pipeline through sales platform tools
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the qualification process
• Track daily outreach metrics and appointment setting results
• Work from provided lead lists to ensure consistent outbound activity

Requirements

• Proven experience as an appointment setter or telemarketer
• Excellent English communication skills suitable for US, UK, and Australian markets
• Experience using sales platforms and CRM tools to manage pipeline activities
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
• Self-motivated to work independently in a remote environment
• It helps if you've sold SaaS or technology products before
• Bonus if you have experience in the recruitment or staffing industry
