Job Overview
Our client is looking for a driving force behind new client acquisition for a growing architecture firm that works with real estate developers on commercial and ground-up projects. You'll take AI-sourced leads from permit applications and land title changes, input them into HubSpot, and conduct strategic B2B outreach to book qualified appointments with decision-makers. This is a results-driven sales role where your ability to connect with investors and developers will directly impact the firm's growth trajectory.
Client Overview
Our client is an established US-based architecture and land planning firm serving real estate developers and commercial clients across the country. They specialize in ground-up development projects and provide comprehensive architectural and land planning services. The firm leverages cutting-edge AI technology to identify new business opportunities through permit applications and land title changes.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to real estate developers and investors to generate qualified appointments
- Manage and update lead information in HubSpot CRM from AI-sourced data on permit applications and land title changes
- Follow up systematically with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Qualify leads based on architectural and land planning project needs
- Schedule appointments between prospects and the firm's leadership team
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in HubSpot
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients in the real estate development space
- Adapt messaging to resonate with commercial developers and investment-focused clients
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, specifically in commercial or business-to-business environments
- Strong background in real estate, particularly investment or development-focused sectors
- Demonstrated success in appointment setting and cold calling
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of construction or architectural services (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience working with real estate developers or in the ground-up development space (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with VoIP dialing systems or sales automation tools is a plus (Nice-to-Have)
