As the Customer Success Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through personalized outbound prospecting. This is a highly performance-driven role focused on identifying businesses with SEO opportunities, creating personalized outreach, and booking meetings with decision-makers. Success in this position comes from your ability to consistently meet activity targets, communicate confidently with US-based prospects, and generate revenue opportunities through strategic outreach. Commissions will be provided for meeting sales targets

Client Overview

Our client is a growing SEO agency based in Israel that helps US businesses increase their online visibility, generate qualified leads, and grow through strategic search engine optimization. Our client is looking for a driven Outbound Sales & Appointment Setter to proactively identify prospects, conduct personalized outreach, and consistently generate qualified sales meetings for the agency.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Manila Time, with a 30-minute paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified US B2B prospects with clear SEO improvement opportunities.
  • Research company websites to identify SEO weaknesses and growth opportunities.
  • Record personalized Loom video audits highlighting website and SEO recommendations.
  • Execute personalized cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
  • Conduct strategic LinkedIn outreach to connect with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and activity updates within the CRM.
  • Submit a detailed End-of-Day report before the end of each shift.
  • Consistently achieve daily and weekly outreach and appointment targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and campaign performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Candidates will be expected to consistently achieve the following activity targets:

  • Source 15 qualified leads daily.
  • Record 7 or more personalized Loom video audits per day.
  • Send 45 personalized cold emails daily.
  • Complete 20 LinkedIn outreach activities daily.
  • Submit an End-of-Day performance report before 11:00 PM Manila Time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation targeting the US market.
  • Previous experience working with digital marketing agencies, SEO agencies, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts.
  • Familiarity with SEO research tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Comfortable recording professional on-camera Loom videos with strong presentation skills.
  • Strong prospecting, research, and relationship-building abilities.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup internet solution.
  • Computer with at least an Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • High-definition 1080p external webcam.
  • Professional lighting setup suitable for recording client-facing videos.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office with a professional background.
  • UPS or backup power solution capable of supporting both computer and internet connection during outages.
