Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to engage warm leads who have expressed interest in the company's coaching programs. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, building rapport, and scheduling appointments for one-on-one or group coaching sessions. This position requires excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to maintain an organized follow-up process while working independently in a remote environment.

Our client is an internationally recognized real estate coaching and mentoring business that helps real estate professionals across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other international markets achieve outstanding sales results. Founded by one of Australia's top-performing real estate agents, the business delivers high-impact coaching programs focused on improving listing, closing, and selling performance. With a consistent flow of warm inbound inquiries, they are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to connect qualified prospects with their coaching team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads via phone using provided lead lists and inquiry databases
  • Qualify prospective clients based on their interest and coaching needs
  • Schedule appointments for coaching consultations and group sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and booked appointments
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize appointment attendance
  • Manage multiple lead lists and prioritize outreach activities effectively
  • Build rapport with real estate professionals across different international markets
  • Coordinate with the coaching team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
  • Meet appointment booking targets while delivering an excellent client experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience
  • Proven success in lead qualification and appointment booking
  • Confident making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Background selling coaching, training, or professional development services
  • Experience using phone dialer platforms such as JustCall or similar systems
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Experience communicating with clients across multiple international time zones
  • Previous experience converting social media inquiries into booked appointments
