Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join their team. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling to real estate leads as well as handling warm inbound insurance leads to qualify prospects and schedule consultations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week) 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to real estate seller leads including FSBOs, foreclosures, and other motivated sellers
  • Vet and qualify prospects by gauging their level of interest, motivation, and readiness to list their property
  • Gather key property and seller details such as desired listing price, property condition, mortgage balance, and timeline
  • Handle warm inbound insurance leads by collecting client information using a structured prospecting checklist covering auto and home details
  • Schedule qualified appointments between prospects and James for both real estate and insurance consultations
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
  • Strong objection-handling and rebuttal skills to keep prospects engaged
  • High level of attention to detail when capturing prospect information
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated during high-volume calling sessions
  • Familiarity with real estate or insurance industries is a plus

Compensation and Tools

  • Performance-based bonuses and raise opportunities evaluated on monthly and quarterly cycles
  • All calling software and tools will be provided by the client
