Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to own the estimation process for high-volume construction and restoration projects using Xactimate software. In this role, you will review project details, create precise estimates, and input data into the CRM to ensure every submission meets industry standards. This position offers long-term stability with a rapidly growing, US-based company that values expertise, reliability, and precision.

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate construction estimates using Xactimate software for restoration and insurance projects
• Review project documentation and scope details to ensure complete and compliant estimates
• Enter detailed notes and estimates into the company CRM system
• Communicate with the internal team regarding project specifications and requirements
• Manage high-volume estimation requests efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure all estimates align with construction industry standards and client expectations
• Adapt to training on company-specific estimation protocols and preferred methodologies
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and project documentation

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience using Xactimate software for estimation purposes
• Construction industry background or familiarity with construction terminology and processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during Central Time business hours
• Comfortable learning new CRM systems and company-specific processes

Nice-to-Have Requirements
