Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Inbound Sales Consultation Representative. In this role, you will handle inbound pre-sales phone calls, educating prospective customers on red light therapy products, and guiding them toward a confident purchase decision. You will also manage post-purchase customer support inquiries and engage in proactive follow-up and sales recovery efforts.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound pre-sales phone calls, educating prospective customers on red light therapy products and guiding them toward a confident purchase decision
- Manage post-purchase customer support inquiries including order tracking, product issues, and general follow-ups
- Conduct proactive follow-up calls with customers approximately two months after purchase to check in on their experience and offer additional assistance
- Reach out to abandoned cart and abandoned checkout customers via WhatsApp Business to recover potential lost sales
- Respond to customer inquiries across live website chat, email, and social media direct messages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge using available research tools and internal resources to handle a wide range of customer questions
- Provide dedicated support for a single e-commerce brand selling premium red light therapy devices
- Manage approximately 5–6 inbound phone calls per day with additional outreach and messaging tasks during downtime
- Serve a broad customer demographic with varying levels of technical understanding
- Contribute directly to sales conversion rates through knowledgeable pre-sales consultation
- Support customer retention through consistent post-purchase engagement and follow-up
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role combining inbound sales support and customer service
- Background in health, wellness, or medical sales is highly preferred
- Ability to explain complex or technical product concepts in simple, accessible language to a diverse customer base
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable managing multiple communication channels simultaneously
