Job Overview
A growing supplemental insurance company operating across 26 states is seeking a highly organized, after-hours Insurance Administrative & Data Entry Specialist (GoHighLevel). In this part-time remote role, you will independently manage critical evening workflows, including downloading resumes from multiple recruiting platforms, formatting data into CSV files, and executing seamless imports into the GoHighLevel CRM. Additionally, you will utilize AI automation tools to streamline document conversions, track monthly agency statistics, and assist the agency owner with personal travel coordination. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, advanced CRM familiarity, and the autonomy to keep operations running smoothly outside of standard US business hours.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 8 pm - 12 pm CST (20 hours per week)
Training schedule is 11 am - 2 pm CST
Responsibilities
- Download resumes from approximately 26 different recruiting application sources daily
- Reformat and organize resume data into CSV files with proper column structure for CRM import
- Import formatted candidate data into GoHighLevel CRM system
- Attach individual resumes to corresponding candidate profiles within GoHighLevel for recruiter reference
- Enter daily statistics into tracking spreadsheets from the company's stat site for one week per month
- Research and plan personal travel arrangements including hotel bookings and itinerary coordination for the agency owner
- Use AI tools to automate resume conversion and data transformation tasks
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and sources
Requirements
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM platform
- Strong proficiency using AI tools for data processing and document conversion
- Demonstrable skills in CSV file creation and data formatting
- Experience with multi-source data collection and consolidation
- High attention to detail for accurate data entry across systems
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work evening hours consistently
- Excellent written communication skills
- Prior experience in recruitment support or applicant tracking is preferred
- Prior experience with US-based insurance or financial services companies is preferred
- Familiarity with travel planning and research for executive assistance is preferred
