Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Instagram DM Sales Specialist to manage inbound Instagram conversations, qualify prospective clients, and book discovery calls for the founder. In this role, you will use proven messaging frameworks to build rapport, identify qualified leads, and convert genuine interest into scheduled appointments. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who enjoys chat-based sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently to ensure every potential client receives a timely, engaging, and professional experience.
Schedule
Tuesday - Sunday, Hours vary by day Pacific Time (PT) Sundays (40 work hours per week)
- Tuesday - Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM PT
- Saturday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM PT
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Monday: Rest Day
Responsibilities
- Engage with warm inbound leads through Instagram DMs using established conversation scripts
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria without discussing pricing
- Schedule qualified leads for discovery calls with the founder
- Manage conversations using ManyChat and Instagram messaging platforms
- Maintain prompt response times to maximize lead engagement and conversions
- Follow proven messaging frameworks while adapting communication to each prospect organically
- Keep accurate records of conversations and booked appointments
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and consistent customer experience
- Continuously learn and improve through coaching and feedback loops
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar chat-based sales support role
- Professional written English communication skills
- Experience qualifying leads and booking appointments through chat or direct messaging platforms
- Comfortable working evening and weekend shifts based on Vancouver, BC time
- Able to follow structured scripts while maintaining natural conversations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
