Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Content Manager to manage social media, create engaging short-form content, and provide virtual administrative support across three brands in the AI, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle industries. Working from an AI-generated task list, you'll create content, engage with online communities, support email marketing, and help drive brand growth in a fast-paced remote environment.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM (20 work hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form videos, social media graphics, and captions for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and repurpose content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries while escalating qualified leads.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo.
- Organize digital assets, maintain content libraries, and execute AI-generated daily tasks.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Provide general virtual administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing and content creation.
- Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written English and ability to adapt content to different brand voices.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with partial overlap in Pacific Time.
