Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a creative WordPress Social Media Coordinator to execute AI-driven workflows and manage multi-platform campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire content lifecycle, from generating copy and designing graphics to maintaining brand consistency. This part-time position offers independent, remote work with the direct opportunity to transition into a full-time social media manager role.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm CST (Part-time role)
Responsibilities:

Execute AI prompts to generate high-quality content for client review and approval

Publish approved content directly to WordPress sites following client specifications

Create one to two social media posts per week using Canva or similar design tools

Schedule and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X

Maintain brand consistency by following established templates and style guides for each client

Manage social media calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules

Monitor content performance and provide basic reporting on engagement metrics

Adapt quickly to feedback and refine content based on client preferences

Work with a dedicated client success manager who provides ongoing guidance, an independent work environment with clear KPIs and SOPs, and no micromanagement
Requirements:

Proven experience executing AI prompts for content generation

Hands-on experience publishing content to WordPress

Proficiency with Canva or similar graphic design platforms

Demonstrable ability to schedule and manage posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely

Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
