Overview:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and organized Domiciliary Care Scheduling & Compliance Coordinator to manage and streamline daily domiciliary care operations. In this role, you will oversee carer attendance, verify compliant documentation, and rapidly address scheduling changes to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.
Schedule:
- Monday - Sunday | Roster-based shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM - 10:00 PMBST/GMT
- With 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor carer clock-in and clock-out times to ensure punctual attendance at all scheduled care calls
- Review and verify that carers enter accurate, detailed, and compliant care notes into the system after each visit
- Reassign and reallocate care calls when carers report sick, run late, or are otherwise unavailable
- Serve as the primary liaison between field carers and field coordinators, escalating issues in real time
- Ensure all scheduled calls for each carer are logged on the system with proper documentation before council review
- Flag documentation or attendance discrepancies to the registered manager for follow-up and corrective action
Requirements:
- Experience in care coordination, scheduling, or operations within a domiciliary care or healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance documentation and time tracking
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with carers, field coordinators, and management
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure, such as reassigning shifts at short notice
- Familiarity with rota management and shift-based workforce coordination
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operational workflows
