Overview:
Our client is seeking a reliable, curious, and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator (Sales | Reporting & CRM) to support their Senior Business Partners as they enable GTM Sales Leaders. This entry-level role handles data, reporting, scheduling, and administrative coordination that keep sales operations running smoothly across two key verticals: Web3 and Banking & Capital Markets (BCM).
This role balances hands-on reporting and coordination with the chance to learn how a go-to-market organization runs. Our client is looking for a natural organizer who asks good questions, escalates early, and turns messy manual tasks into clean, dependable support that Senior Business Partners and Sales Leaders can trust.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST | With 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Reporting & Data Support
- Pull, clean, and format reports (pipeline, forecast, activity metrics) for Senior Business Partners and Sales Leaders
- Support light ad hoc trend and summary analysis under guidance from Senior Business Partners
- Maintain accurate records and hygiene in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), manage data entry, clean-up, and flag gaps
Deck & Document Preparation
- Build first-draft slides, dashboards, and one-pagers for business reviews (QBRs, weekly updates) using PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Prepare agendas, schedule recurring syncs, manage calendars, and capture notes for meetings
- Track follow-up actions and coordinate deliverables/deadlines across remote, cross-timezone teams to ensure completion
Coordination & Operations
- Help align deliverables across Web3 and BCM teams, routing requests to the right stakeholders
- Schedule recurring syncs and manage calendars across time zones
- Support Senior Business Partners with day-to-day operational requests
- Routing cross-vertical requests to the right stakeholders across Web3 and BCM
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and standardize repeatable tasks
- Build independence over time, bring proactive suggestions
- Stay curious about the business and both verticals to add value as you grow
Requirements:
- Exposure to sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, finance, or business strategy, whether through internships, coursework, or personal projects, is a plus but not required
- Any experience supporting GTM or revenue teams across sales, marketing, or operations is welcome
- Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or BI/dashboard tools is a plus.
- Interest in blockchain / Web3 or traditional capital markets (asset management, banking) is a plus, not an expectation
- Above all, we want to see curiosity, problem-solving instincts, and a track record of learning quickly. We are open to candidates who are newer to the field and ready to grow into the role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Recent graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, cross-timezone environment
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Comfort building slides in PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Working familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for record-keeping and reporting
- Basic exposure to BI/dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus
- AI power user (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- System Requirements: Needs to have backup internet and power supply, and alternative place to work in case of internet and power interruption, i.e. co-working space, etc.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Interest in or basic knowledge of blockchain/Web3, or traditional capital markets (e.g., asset management and banking)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exposure to BI/dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Prior internship in strategy, sales ops, finance, or analytics
