A specialized U.S. commercial real estate brokerage is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Cold Caller (Multifamily) for a part-time remote position (20 hours/week, flexible during EST business hours). In this role, you will make outbound calls to multifamily apartment building owners to gauge their interest in property valuations or purchase offers. Your primary goal is to confidently engage high-net-worth prospects, handle objections with resilience, and accurately document lead information for our brokerage team. This position requires prior cold-calling experience in real estate or high-ticket sales, a professional phone presence, and excellent English communication skills.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, flexible within EST business hours (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to multifamily apartment building owners across the United States.
• Follow a provided script while maintaining a natural and professional conversational tone.
• Qualify leads by gauging owner interest in property valuations or receiving purchase offers.
• Accurately capture and document lead information including owner names, phone numbers, and emails.
• Research and verify contact information when provided data is outdated or incorrect.
• Deliver qualified leads promptly to the business owner for immediate follow-up.
• Represent the company brand with high levels of professionalism on every outbound call.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cold calling within real estate or other high-ticket sales environments.
• Clear, easily understandable English speaking ability with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth property owners.
• Resilience in handling objections or dismissive responses from prospects.
• Strong attention to detail when recording and documenting lead information.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• Bonus if you have experience specifically with the multifamily apartment market.
• It helps if you have experience managing lead handoffs for long-cycle sales.
