Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a data-driven Social Media Operations Coordinator (Monday.com) with 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management to manage the daily operations of content scheduling and community management for multiple brand accounts. You will work closely with their creative team to ensure approved assets are published accurately and on schedule, while maintaining distinct brand voices for a variety of clients.
Client Overview:
Our client is a UK-based creative media agency specializing in video production and social media content creation for international brands. They operate under a retainer model, providing high-end video content, graphic design, and SEO services to help brands scale their digital presence.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM BST, with 1 hour break (UK Business Hours) (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish approved content assets across multiple brand social media platforms.
- Craft platform-appropriate copy tailored to each brand's unique tone of voice and guidelines.
- Perform daily community management including responding to DMs and comments.
- Engage with non-competing brand accounts to grow channel presence and engagement.
- Compile and analyze social media performance reports to identify top-performing content.
- Retrieve finalized creative assets independently from Monday.com content workflows.
- Support monthly client check-ins by presenting data-driven performance insights.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management for UK or US-based companies.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across diverse brand identities.
- Proficiency using Monday.com or similar project management tools for content workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate social metrics into actionable recommendations.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bonus if you have experience in a retainer-based agency environment.
- It helps if you are comfortable with occasional ad-hoc weekend posting for client events.
